Making The Leap Coaching™ is a targeted leadership coaching programme designed specifically for mid-career finance professionals who are ready to step into senior leadership roles but aren’t yet making that transition.

Built on years of coaching experience inside finance and accountancy, the transformational programme addresses the four leadership challenges that consistently hold emerging finance leaders back -  and equips them with the clarity, confidence, and capability to lead at a strategic level.
